What we collect and who sees it
Short version: what you type in the form, the one contractor we refer you to, and nobody else.
What we collect
When you send a request we receive the address, your name, phone, email if you give it, the job type you chose and anything you wrote about the lot. We also record the page you were on and, if you arrived from a search engine or an AI assistant, which one, so we know which pages are useful.
Who sees it
One licensed excavation contractor who covers your area, so they can call you about the project. We do not sell, rent or share your information with lead lists or anyone else. You may receive a confirmation text or email from us when the request arrives.
Removal
Email hello@lancasterexcavationco.com from the address you used and we will delete the request and ask the referred contractor to do the same. Reply STOP to any text from us and the texts end.
